Мне не терпится рассказать про Simple Day, пока все впечатления не расплескались. Конечно, перед началом я страшно нервничала, прям как перед экзаменом!
Я совсем не мастер публичных выступлений, говорить на большую аудиторию мне очень не просто, я забываю слова, теряю мысли, смотрю в глаза знакомым и незнакомым, и хотела бы с каждым поболтать наедине, а не рассказывать что-то универсально обобщенное для всех.
Кроме того, я волновалась, что мы не учли чего-то существенного, а когда это станет ясным на мероприятии — будет уже поздно!
Ну и самый главный факап в моём рейтинге — у нас не было фотографа! Так что терпите те фотографии, которые есть, я постаралась выбрать лучшие.
Началось всё с этого поста и идеи обменяться ненужными подарками. Но почти сразу я поняла, что собираться вокруг вещей мне не хочется. Столько работы по избавлению от них не прошли зря. И я пригласила трёх человек, которые первыми пришли мне в голову, с которыми мне бы хотелось познакомить моих читателей, а они согласились выступить! И понеслось!
В итоге были и крутые выступления, и тот самый обмен ненужными подарками, и чаепитие с вкусняшками, и картонная детская комната, и бесконечный шарф, и бесконечные раскраски, и самое главное — солнечные наши гости, много улыбок, общения, вдохновения и хорошего настроения.
А теперь обо всём этом и многом другом поподробнее:
Я с самого начала старалась продумать всякие мелочи, чтобы мероприятие было… мм, безмусорным, что ли. Попросила гостей принести с собой тапочки или тёплые носки и кружки для чая. Предусмотрела билеты-наклейки, чтобы было ясно, кто на Simple Day, а кто вышел из своего номера в хостеле. Собирала баночки из-под ташиного детского питания, в которых потом Людмила Иванова сделала панакоты, продумала одноразовые (которые подписывали, чтобы не тратить больше одного за весь день) стаканы и ложечки для десертов из кукурузного крахмала от компании по продаже экологичной упаковки Boxeco.ru, а потом ещё и контейнеры для раздельного сбора этой самой кукурузной одноразовой посуды и баночек. Мы забронировали комнату в хостеле под детскую, замотали лестницы, чтобы у детишек не было лишних соблазнов, притащили гигантскую дженгу, Сделано из Бумаги оборудовали комнату домиком и детской мебелью, поставили эко-ёлку и красивых объемных животных для украшения.
Гости приходили и первым делом направлялись в зону гифт-кроссинга, выкладывали свои ненужные сокровища и разглядывали то, что принесли другие, находили всякие невероятные ништяки и счастливые хвастались своими находками друг другу. Чего там только не было, игрушки, посуда, украшения, фоторамки, сумочки, фондюшниц аж 6 штук, книжки, материалы для творчества и многое другое. В конце дня мы отвезли всё, что никому не пригодилось, в новый магазин Спасибо! на Чкаловском проспекте, 5.
Открыл Simple Day Роман Саблин, накануне выступавший на TEDx в Москве, своей огромной презентацией о 6 техниках натуральной жизни, обрушил на нас такой концентрированный поток ценнейшей информации, что с ней бы ещё посидеть и вдумчиво разобраться, к чему кто уже готов, а что пусть останется на будущий год :) полистать ромину презентацию и почитать то, что было написано мелким шрифтом можно ЗДЕСЬ
А потом доверительно и уютно Света Юхнина рассказала про обязательные составляющие скандинавского дизайна, да с такими картинками, что даже те, кто как им казалось, следит за интерьерными новинками, были в восторге, ни одного из показанных Светой интерьеров, я не видела ни в каком пинтересте раньше. Смотрите и вдохновляйтесь её красивой и минималистичной презентацией ЗДЕСЬ А ещё, видите, эту гирлянду на заднем плане? Света сделала её прям на месте, это небольшие картинки с интерьерными идеями, которые можно было отрывать от веревочки, как бесплатные объявления, и забирать с собой идеи в кармане. Простая, и очень здоровская задумка!
Ещё до начала выступлений зажил своей жизнью бесконечный шарф, собрав вокруг себя любителей этого наркотического занятия. Спасибо Элине Циприной, Юле Пахтусовой и Оле Бойко за спицы и пряжу, без вас бы ничего не вышло, как-то я с пряжей заранее совсем не подготовилась :)
А потом в перерыве было шумно, весело и ВКУСНО! На кухне гостей ждала Лена Кузнецова с разнообразными, вдохновлёнными новогодним настроением чаями от 101tea.ru, легендарные панакоты от Людмилы Ивановой и её блога Улыбаться по утрам, красивущие кейкпопсы от White Dog Bakery и Ангелины Ароновой в виде снеговиков и барашков, все просто изумились тому, какие же они нежные и вкусные (а я знала!!!) и все самые любимые пирожные от кондитерской «Кусочек счастья» на Лиговском пр., дом 9.
Мои друзья Дима и Наташа прямо в перерыве решились показать плод своей долгой и кропотливой работы — интерьерные мобили для детей и взрослых Мифландия — развесили их по всему хостелу, сразу получилась такая гармоничная и уютная атмосфера!.. Надеюсь, скоро эти завораживающие штуки будут в каждом доме, слегка кружиться от теплого воздуха или дуновения ветерка, у меня есть такие дельфины (сигнальный экземпляр!), сколько в них спокойствия, радости и жизни! А потом ещё настоящим Дедом Морозом пришёл Илья Кулешов и подарил всем Фрутсы — фруктовые чипсы собственного производства.
В перерыве было столько встреч, живого общения, обмена опытом, тёплых разговоров, смеха и радости, что мы с трудом снова собрались вокруг экрана. Но когда Даша Табачникова начала свою такую дружескую и классную презентацию, да ещё и с фотографии Светы Юхниной (предыдущего спикера!) все перестали шуршать пакетиками и греметь стульями. А к концу Дашиного рассказа каждый, думаю, наметил себе на весну покупку велосипеда! Было много вопросов и сомнений, как всегда, когда дело касается велосипеда в большом городе. А сразу после Даши вышла я. У меня была непростая тема. Особенно непросто было то, что я еле-еле собрала в кучу мысли после такой активной недели и супер-насыщенного дня. Надеюсь, мне удалось более или менее ясно донести свои мысли насчёт трансформирующих проектов длиной в год, зачем они нужны и какие они могут быть. Судя по тому, что несколько человек мне уже сообщили, что выбрали себе проект на будущий год по душе, это было не зря. Моя презентация без дополнительного рассказа, думаю, будет мало понятна, но она тоже выложена ЗДЕСЬ. А ещё я на днях сделаю по её мотивам пост, полезный для моей широкой аудитории :)
Когда я закончила, было, в общем-то время расходится, но гости ещё долго общались между собой, пили чай, болтали, смеялись, подходили и благодарили за такой прекрасный день. Это было приятно! Только теперь я хочу все эти благодарности переадресовать тем, без кого бы этого всего не случилось, той большой и прекрасной команде, которая была рядом:
Кате Суворовой, моему лучшему другу, её поддержка всегда такая тотальная и всеобъемлющая, что я успокаиваюсь и уверена, что всё в надежных руках. Пару лет назад Катя была нашим свадебным распорядителем, и кто бы мог подумать, в какую глубокую дружбу это перерастёт! Весь Simple Day я вспоминала нашу свадьбу :) для нас с ней редкость организовывать большие мероприятия, но когда что-то получается, кажется, получается неплохо, поэтому будем продолжать!
Окане, солнечному человеку, которому повезло! Это она встречала вас в крутом комбинезоне и вручала билетики-наклейки! Когда-то мы работали вместе в Понарошке, скучаю теперь по временам, когда видела её каждый день! :)
Людмиле Ивановой, которая поддержала идею Симпл Дэя, когда она ещё не была понятна даже мне самой! И за 70 панакот, которые она сделала для вас с любовью! Вот, кстати, тот самый простой рецепт!
Свете Романович за то, что в самом начале принесла мне газету ЭкстаБлог с моим материалом на целую полосу и сразу подняла настроение, а потом радушно встречала гостей, помогала сориентироваться и почувствовать себя как дома!
Девочкам, которые вызвались помочь и спасли хостел! :) Лене Кузнецовой за гостеприимство и вкусный чай, который не нужно было ждать, Юлии Гордеевой за добрую улыбку и порядок на гифт-кроссинге, Юлии Голубевой, Насте Никулиной за фотографии и за то, что стены в хостеле остались не только не разрушенными кучей детишек, но даже и не разрисованными :)
Элизабет Бам за её магические раскраски «Город» и захватывающее рисование огромных раскрасок на ватманах в реальном времени! Это было так волшебно: наблюдать, как рождаются картины прямо во время выступления! А дети с удовольствием раскрасили форматы поменьше!
Сержу! Любимый мой муж, как ему со мной непросто! Благодаря ему у нас всё получилось технически (несмотря на сломанный проектор), нашлись все нужные кабели и форматы, не было никаких долгих настроек, всё быстро и чётко. А ещё он напоминал мне попить чая и успевал фотографировать, почти все фотографии в этом посте его рук дело. Всю предварительную подготовку оставим за скобками, просто спасибо ему!
И спасибо всем, кто пришёл, без вас это всё было бы зря :) спасибо за ваши улыбки, тёплые слова, за участие, вопросы и хорошее настроение! Мне кажется, что для первого мероприятия получилось неплохо, учтём все недочёты на будущее и сделаем весной новый Simple Day, полный света, простой жизни и свежих идей на весну и лето!
