Мне вот не смешно. Для меня эта тема довольно болезненная, потому что к своим 28 годам я какими только ёжиками не пыталась стать, чудом уцелела. Каких только филинов ни слушала, ни читала и ни очаровывалась. Обычно они куда более настойчивы, чем этот «стратег». Были и антиглобалисты, и дзен.ру, и бренды-лавмарки, и всевозможные диеты-«правильное» питание-#секта, и врачи-идиоты, и вся эта торсуновско-валяевская сексистская диктатура, и… Много, всего и не перечислишь. К сожалению, человека (мышку), ступившего на путь саморазвития, со всех сторон подстерегают эксперты, практики и философские концепции (филины) всех мастей.
Ключевое обещание таких стратегов… — универсальное счастье! Делай, как мы говорим, верь нам и будет тебе счастье. Совершенно не важно, какой ты, важно то, каким ты можешь стать благодаря нам, если будешь исправно следовать всем нашим инструкциям, уж мы-то знаем, что такое счастье, здоровье, успех и любовь, оно у нас тут, за ширмочкой. А если не стал счастливым благодаря нам, это потому что не все наши условия соблюдал, мы тебя теперь из наших рядов — поганой метлой! :)
Даже если не договорить о сектах и популярных течениях, взять хотя бы эти статейки, тренинги и марафоны на каждом углу : «стань лучшей версией себя», «50 идей, как стать счастливым», «100500 способов поднять уровень женской энергии», «занимайся любимым делом и больше ничем», «100 причин встать в 5 утра», «как воспитывать ребёнка?»«найти, увлечь и удержать богатого мужчину» и так далее. Вам наверняка попадались на глаза эти заголовки даже сегодня. Этот второсортный, переписываемый с небольшими изменениями контент собирает какой-то невиданный трафик, ещё, видимо, не все попробовали и разочаровались в быстрых способах, не у всех ещё стойкий иммунитет и игнор. Кто-то по-прежнему находит в этом псевдо-вдохновение. Эти авторы знают: в любой непонятной ситуации ложись спать / выпей 2 литра воды/ принимай ванну / качай попу / надень юбку / сними юбку :) / иди работай. Они любят цитировать великих, использовать повелительное наклонение, показывать только одну сторону медали, умалчивать о побочных эффектах, в общем, всячески искажать реальность.
А последнее время я всё чаще замечаю не столько даже советы, императивы и инструкции, на что я тут как-то уже ругалась, сколько то, что разные публичные люди, делясь своим жизненным опытом в интервью, выступлениях и книгах, как бы между прочим прикидываются филинами, вдруг диктуя, что вообще-то нужно поступать точно как они, если хочешь, чтобы всё у тебя было хорошо. И не важно, касается ли дело того, какую косметику использовать после родов, как уйти с нелюбимой работы, или того, как они раскрутили свой бизнес, или даже того, что они Тиньков :)
Часто ещё под конец самовлюбленной тирады для тех, кто прочитал до конца, бонус + дополнительный «волшебный пендель» — ПРИСТЫДИТЕСЬ, что не делаете так, как делаю я.
Ага, мы уже.
За что мне действительно чудовищно стыдно, так это за мою мало того, что доверчивость, ещё и за то, как часто я сама искренне агитировала за эти мне совершенно чужие идеи моих близких людей! Да с каким энтузиазмом! Можно было подумать, что я и сама такой стратег-филин, но, конечно, как это ни обидно признавать, была всего лишь эхом. У каждого из нас разная степень чувствительности и податливости к манипулированию, зная это про себя, можно существенно обезопасить себя от будущих разочарований. Теперь делясь своими открытиями с другими, я постоянно контролирую эту тонкую грань, всегда допускаю, что у моих читателей может быть по-другому.
Когда начинаешь потихоньку налаживать контакт с самим собой, становится ясно, что ничей общий совет и ничей богатый жизненный опыт, никакая умная книжка, никакой великий гуру и никакие родители, никто кроме тебя самого не знает, как тебе жить, что для тебя важно и что такое для тебя быть счастливым. Ты сам, вполне возможно тоже не знаешь, поэтому и ищешь новых ресурсов, ловишься раз за разом на крючок кажущейся лёгкости достижения результата. Только результаты всё не те. Я не говорю, что не нужно слушать, читать и просвещаться, можно сколько угодно примерять на себя чужие мокасины (на каком-то этапе это может быть даже необходимо, для расширения кругозора, например), только так уж всё устроено, что никто не проходит один и тот же путь, никто не формируется в одинаковых условиях, а самое главное, что каждый решает здесь свои исключительно задачи.
В какой-то момент, для меня стало невероятно освобождающим осознание, что… халявы не будет. Не получится проехаться на чужой волне, срезать по короткой дороге вслед за внедорожником, долго притворятся кем-то другим. Великая свобода — быть самим собой.
