Недавно я рассказала проекту Kidsbookia.ru о наших с Ташей любимых книжках, и конечно не смогла обойтись без Петсона и Финдуса!
Вы знаете, дело не в Таше, я сама просто обожаю Петсона и Финдуса, их домик, кухню, уклад жизни, задумки и изобретения, разговоры, мастерскую и… ну они для меня настоящий эталон простой жизни.
Основные книжки про них Таше ещё сложноваты (а мама прочитала их все, когда Таши и в задумке не было!), но вот картонку «Четыре секрета Финдуса» она знает вдоль и поперёк, она сама как маленький Финдус намекает мне, когда ей захочется блинчиков, приносит книжку, тычет пальчиком в идиллическую картину: Петсон и Финдус сидят в саду за столом в компании своих суетливых кур, болтают о том, как им повело друг с другом, на столе кофейник, блины, варенье, с дерева смотрят аппетитные яблочки, на ветвях птички, цветы аж присоединятся к чаепитию, мюклы спрятались по углам…я смотрю на всё это, вздыхаю и продолжаю мечтать о маленьком домике. Ну и иногда пеку блины. Непростые блины!Когда мы в сентябре были в Юнибакене, нам страшно повезло, мы попали прямо на день рождения Финдуса! При входе нам вручили чеклист, где мы должны были отметить, когда найдём, те самые сковороду, яйца, бидон с молоком, что-то ещё, а когда мы всё нашли, нам подарили подарок от Финдуса и пригласили отведать именинных блинов со сливками и клубникой в тамошнем безумном ресторане.
Ох, как же это было вкусно! С тех пор любые блины — попытка приблизиться к совершенству тех самых! Ну и раз Масленица, издательство Белая Ворона у себя вконтакте напомнили рецепт самого настоящего блинного пирога:
Конечно, подойдёт и любой другой рецепт, но этот милее всех моему сердцу! Жду не дождусь, когда Таша чуть подрастёт, чтобы мы могли ещё больше всего делать вместе. Весёлой и вкусной вам Масленицы, теперь весна уже не за горами!
