День рождения как повод увидеться с друзьями
Да, три года я совсем не праздновала день рождения. А тут одна подруга напомнила мне, как было здорово, когда 4 года назад я отмечала др в кофейне и каждый мог заглянуть и поздравить. Было и правда здорово, почему бы не повторить это дома?
Тем более, что есть два-три десятка человек, которых хочется увидеть, но времени на долгие встречи с каждым сейчас никак не выкроить.
И вот с 16:00 я была дома, принимала и обнимала друзей. В домашнем платье с воздушными шарами, с простой едой и ворохом историй. Ничего, что многие были между собой не знакомы, а те, кто знакомы, не все пересеклись. В момент, когда было больше всего народу, мы сидели вдесятером на нашей маленькой кухоньке и смеялись, так тепло!
Принимать поздравления глубоко внутрь
Где-то я слышала, что искренние и теплые пожелания адресуют тем, кто всего этого заслуживает. И самая большая внутренняя работа в день рождения — принимать с открытым сердцем то, чего тебе желают близкие и друзья. Меня в этом году просто с головой накрыло поздравлениями, в почте, сообщениях, комментариях в соцсетях — несколько сотен поздравлений! Я открывала их, только когда могла сосредоточиться и внимательно, вдумчиво прочитать, прочувствовать, пустить в самое сердце и поверить, что это всё действительно мне.
Цветы и подарки
«Не заморачивайтесь всякими условностями типа цветов и подарков, просто приходите повидаться!» — написала я в денрожденном чатике. Но потом получила несколько вопросов насчёт вишлиста, имела неосторожность кинуть его в общий чат, а не только интересующимся. И что вы думаете? Никто не пришёл с пустыми руками!
Все вазы заняты цветами, подарочки поселились дома и уже непонятно, как я без них жила. Гости ушли, но остались эти тёплые напоминания повсюду о моём празднике. Конечно, я бы и без них была счастлива, но то, что они есть, приятно. И, пожалуй, в следующий раз не буду заранее отказываться.
Еда, которую можно есть руками
Благодаря интуитивному питанию, я узнала о себе много нового. Что я люблю не так уж и много продуктов по-настоящему, что горячей еде предпочитаю остывшую, что вкус сладкого во рту бывает такой противный и приторный, что целая чашка чая уходит просто на то, чтобы его смыть (а значит, зачем такое есть?) и многое другое. Но недавность я сформулировала ещё кое-что: я люблю есть руками. Не как индусы, чтобы рис брать пальцами, но просто такую еду, которую удобно брать руками и есть: спрингроллы, фрукты, овощи, сендвичи, суши, всё такое. Вилки, ложки, ножи и палочки отделяют от непосредственного тактильного контакта с едой, а она не только на вкус, она и на ощупь прекрасна.
Простые тетрадки для записей всего на свете
Ещё в феврале Маша Сухобская попросила меня рассказать для её блога о том, как я веду записи и показать, как выглядят мои блокноты. Сейчас много учёбы, а значит ситуация усугубилась: всё больше тетрадок, мятых углов, исписанных и разрисованных страниц. Писать на бумаге дневники, мысли, быстрые заметки, конспекты — какая-то особая роскошь. Туда попадает то, чего никогда не напечатают пальцы на клавиатуре, всякое нешлифованное, глупое, наивное, сокровенное.
И мне особенно важно, чтобы тетради были большими, простыми, дешевыми, безо всяких там спецэффектов, цитат, котиков, твердых обложек, красивых полей. Чтобы не стараться ничего изображать красивым почерком и набором цветных хайлатеров, а вот по-настоящему, смело и дерзко марать бумагу — это да!

Сейчас это большая часть моей психологической учёбы. Диагностика, тесты, проективные методики. Огромный пласт информации как о способах получении самой информации, так и о себе, местами неожиданной. Особенно меня радуют качественные исследования, когда данные анализируются вдумчиво, можно проявить свои лингвистические склонности, написать самой себе (ну или для зачета) хорошее эссе.
Под конец личного года было особенно ценно провести такую инвентаризацию ценностей и склонностей.

Годы совместного рисования с Сержом, кажется, дают свои удивительные плоды. Ташка стала рисовать много, вдохновенно, с удовольствием, постоянно экспериментируя с формами, цветами, орнаментами, аппликациями, поверхностями… Если год назад её каляки-маляки вызывали у меня только материнское умиление, то сейчас каждую новую картину от неё я жду с каким-то трепетом, я точно знаю, что она меня удивит, не важно, будет ли это дом на курьих ножках и курьих ручках, ёж со спиночесалкой, чудик с глазами по всему периметру или букет цветов — столько самобытности и смелости в этих рисунках, что они меня по-взрослому восхищают.
