С самого основания этого блога я хотела поговорить здесь о гомеопатии, которая тесно вплетена в жизнь нашей семьи. Мой папа — Андрей Александрович Черных — врач-гомеопат. Его мировоззрение, стремление к объемному пониманию явлений, тяга к исследованию человеческих жизней и душ, конечно, оказали на меня огромное влияние. С детства я наблюдала его работу, участвовала в том, что было мне под силу, впитывала его взгляд на вещи. И сейчас я счастлива, что мы наконец не просто поговорили, а записали с папой интервью для блога, где я задала вопросы, которые интересуют меня сейчас, и, надеюсь, будут интересны вам.
Этот разговор не претендует на то, чтобы сформировать какое-то объективное представление о гомеопатии в целом, мне хотелось скорее приоткрыть эту тему, познакомить вас с папой, с его опытом и его взглядом на то, что может быть по-другому.
Давай с начала. Расскажи коротко для моих читателей, как ты вообще пришёл к гомеопатии. Путь был долгим, я знаю.
— Путь начался лет с 12. Да, он был долгим. Наверное, всё началось с того, что я прочитал в детстве книгу «Его позвал Гиппократ». Там во время войны мальчик-сирота жил со своим дедушкой-знахарем, научился от него кое-каким техническим приёмам в лечении конкретных заболеваний типа язв или родовой горячки, а потом стал великим врачом научной медицины. Это как-то запало, я ещё не знал, что стану врачом, но уже знал, что существует что-то такое там, за порогом, загадочное, что-то настоящее и волшебное. Эта мысль подспудно всегда стояла, никогда не оставляла.
Я учился в Военно-медицинской академии, потом по распределению работал в воинской части военно-медицинским врачом, как я это называю. Нормальная была работа — достаточно серьёзная, достаточно медицинская.
Но за фасадом конкретных жалоб, например, на головные боли, повышенное давление или боль в спине я видел, что стоит какой-то сложный душевный конфликт, никуда не денешься от этого чувства. Поэтому при гипертонии солдатику 18-летнему, я склонен был назначать не адельфан, который тогда имелся в мед.пункте, и тем более не клофелин, а скорее какой-нибудь транквилизатор. Это помогало.
Потом, когда я уже начал работать в больнице, я стал отчётливо осознавать, что вся индивидуализация, вся личность, она кричит о себе, и в тоже время никоим образом не отражается в лечении.
В это время как-то много заговорили о гомеопатии. Я был к ней довольно равнодушен. Даже несколько насторожен. Когда в курсантские годы я заходил в гомеопатическую аптеку на Невском, смотрел на эти коробочки, у меня было неприятное чувство, что вот происходит какое-то мракобесие.
Но когда уже сам начал реально работать, я испытывал выраженный дискомфорт от того, что индивидуальность человека никак не пришьёшь к лечению.
И вот я начинаю потихоньку интересоваться гомеопатией, и вдруг вижу, что да, действительно, она как раз идет именно в глубину индивидуальности, прежде всего по психологическим параметрам, а во вторую очередь по яркой, необычной картине, которую нам предъявляет пациент. Это очень захватило. Стал пробовать, стало получаться. Это так называемый дар первоначальной благодати. Получалось всё! В последующем уже не столь яркие были эффекты.

В это время ты работал в больнице ещё? Расскажи об этом.
— Сначала я работал в отделении общей терапии ординатором, потом — год реаниматологом.
Позже я стал зав.отделением, которое было сначала терапевтическим, потом — кардиологическим. Потом оно стало отделением кардиологической психосоматики, но уже после моего ухода. Хочется верить, что в этом воплотились те идеи, которые я с большой убежденностью в этой больнице продвигал.
Ещё был интересный опыт, когда нашу больницу перепрофилировали на лечение гепатита, наверное, на год. Это был полезный опыт не только по гепатиту, но и по наркологии. Было что посмотреть, и намного легче, надо сказать, чем работать с нашими бабушками. Правда, скучнее.
Я иногда до сих пор слышу, что люди путают и считают гомеопатию «лечением травками» или сводят её к принципу «подобное лечится подобным», но всё ведь сложнее. Есть у тебя какое-то своё адекватное определение?
— У меня четкого определения нет. Для работы оно и не нужно. Могу только рассказать своими словами, в чем суть, что является системообразующим фактором. Но только не лечение травками.
На каждом сайте, который создаёт гомеопат или какая-то гомеопатическая ассоциация разъясняется что это такое, и всё равно, ничего не меняется в общественном сознании.
Суть в том, как ты получил информацию о лекарственных свойствах. Это ключевой момент. Гомеопатический препарат готовят из любого, фактически, вещества путём многократных разведений, а потом испытывают на здоровом добровольце, который знает, для чего он это делает, но в то же время не склонен фантазировать и выдавать желаемое за действительное.
Этот человек внимательно и чётко, отсеивая весь мусор, рассказывает о том, как он ощутил этот препарат. Из этого складываются представление о препарате, это и есть подобное подобным. В дальнейшем те яркие симптомы, о которых он рассказал, воспроизводимые у многих, помогут понять, что тому пациенту, который к тебе пришёл, нужен именно этот препарат. В этом суть вопроса. Но не только это.
Есть колоссальный опыт отравлений. Раньше люди часто травили друг друга, сейчас несколько меньше. И картины отравлений очень хорошо были известны. Это считается грубой токсикологией, но она тоже имеет, на мой взгляд, большое значение для того, чтобы узнать картину отравления в том человеке, который к тебе пришёл — сходства с этим отравлением, например, алюминием.
Кроме того, многие препараты гомеопатические до того, как стать гомеопатическими, использовались в аллопатии. Все эти знаменитые и загадочные вещества: средний слой устричной раковины, известный как Калькарея карбоника остреарум, Гепар сульфур — когда с Серой сплавляют мел — это очень древние лекарства, которые были задолго до гомеопатии, ртуть, конечно, в различных её формах, мышьяк, травы многие. Та же самая Арника — одна из двенадцати магических растений розенкрейцеров, то же самое Золото, Сарсапарилла, например.
Все эти вещи испокон веков были, задолго до Ганемана. Все они приобрели смысловую нагрузку. На самом деле, хорошим гомеопатическим препаратом будет тот, который имеет большую смысловую нагрузку и символическое значение, который глубоко зашит в коллективном бессознательном, поэтому может воспроизводиться.
Здесь уже подобие будет в другом смысле — не в смысле очевидности по каким-то симптомам, субъективным прежде всего, о которых нам поведает пациент. Там другое подобие, гораздо более тонкое. Вот что такое гомеопатическое лекарство и определение гомеопатии — это картина, полученная на испытаниях.
Да, с самого моего детства я наблюдала, как ты работаешь. Пациенты, бесчисленные баночки с горошками, диагностика по Фоллю, реперториумы, книги твои и чужие, конференции, преподавание: в этом было и остаётся очень много экспериментирования.
— Да, я даже когда в больнице работал, принимал большинство лекарств, ну, кроме самых маргинальных, например, средств наркоза или миорелаксантов. Просто для интереса. Иногда я курсами их принимал, хотя они не были мне показаны, и уж тем более с гомеопатическими препаратами такое происходит. Читаю про какой-нибудь препарат и вижу, что у меня есть такие симптомы, на которые я и внимания-то не обращал. Но, зная общее состояние, я могу рассматривать эти симптомы как маячки, которые позволяют рассматривать этот препарат для коррекции более общего состояния, например для повышения работоспособности, а на самом деле гораздо шире.
Просто, работоспособность — надежный ориентир, что препарат в принципе вызвал отклик в организме, более высокие уровни могут откликнуться гораздо позже. Я принимаю препарат и если вижу движение в предсказанном направлении, это добавляет мне немало информации о свойствах этого лекарства, о том, чего нет в текстах.
Даже если не достигается заданной глубины, все равно это позволяет лучше понять, о чём говорят пациенты. И это, на мой взгляд, весьма важный аспект моего метода, я считаю гомеопат должен пробовать многое на себе, иначе мы очень мало будем понимать, что такое препараты на самом деле, какой у них ритм работы, какая динамика.
Часто можно услышать словосочетание «классический гомеопат», как ты к этому относишься?
Начнём с того, что я сам как раз классический гомеопат. Что такое классический? Вот у Борхеса есть книга «Семь вечеров», там он говорит: «Классический» восходит к слову «classis» — «фрегат», «эскадра». Классическая книга — приведенная в порядок, оснащенная, «shipshape», как говорят англичане. Про слово классический можно сказать «порядок флотский» или «порядок в танковых войсках».
Классической можно назвать любую вещь, которая приведена в порядок, а не только то, что нам сказал Ганеман. В этом смысле, когда я что-то делаю, я понимаю, что делаю. Я действую не ритуально. Я всегда могу объяснить, почему я назначил тот или иной препарат, хотя, может быть, здесь и не будет очевидного подобия. Я могу обосновать, почему я назначил несколько препаратов человеку, а не один. Если он очень будет настаивать я назначу и один, но чаще всего это требует длинный период ежемесячных посещений, а это идея мало популярна у нашего населения, хотя она была бы и более правильной, наверное.
Да, сейчас ведь пациенты почитали интернет и сами знают, как их лечить, каким должен быть гомеопат. Чтоб соответствовал формальным признакам, по всем галочкам из списка: должен то, это, пятое, десятое. И в этом смысле тебя, скорее, к классическим, по их узкому представлению не отнесёшь.
— Да. Таких, которые по галочкам, я называю фашиствующими молодчиками или коричнево-красными ганемановцами. Но хочу успокоить, например, свой телефон я оставляю. И считаю, что да, связь с гомеопатом, который лечит — должна быть обеспечена. Может быть, в лучшем случае 10% звонков обоснованы и требуют действительно изменить какие-то тактические моменты в лечебной стратегии. Но пациент же не знает. Пусть звонит, от нас не убудет. В плане доступности это существенный момент.
Или вот у меня приём длится 2 часа — что первичный, что повторный. Я резервирую два часа, и иногда их не хватает. Есть гомеопаты, к которым запись за три месяца, и у них приём при этом длится 10 минут. Они результативны? Мне так работать, прежде всего, скучно. Что же, моя жизнь прошла в сплошной какой-то гонке за то, чтобы ничего не поняв, что-то сделать чисто на уровне подсознания. Мне надо всё-таки что-то осознать, не только на подсознание работать. Я не говорю, что гомеопат такого типа, который работает очень быстро и принимает очень много народу — он ни на что не годен. Может быть, он гораздо полезней меня, потому что он помогает десяткам тысяч людей. Если получается, то и хорошо. Просто я вот такой. Я так живу.
А как ты понимаешь, что помогло? Ведь некоторых ты годами ведёшь, а кто-то приходит на один раз. Как ты результаты для себя понимаешь?
В процессе беседы тщательно фиксируется всё, что рассказано. Я в своё время овладел элементами стенографии, поэтому я успеваю записывать практически всё, что мне говорят, и всё, что я при этом ещё думаю, как интерпретирую.
Когда пациент ко мне приходит в следующий раз, я его буквально по пунктам обо всём этом расспрашиваю. Вот он пришёл и говорит: «Да что-то ничего не изменилось». Начинаешь расспрашивать по пунктам, и выясняется, что на самом деле, очень многое изменилось, очень многие симптомы ушли. И в целом, конечно, безусловно стало лучше.
И наоборот. Бывает, приходят восторженные пациенты: всё так хорошо, всё так замечательно. Начинаешь расспрашивать и видишь, что нет, просто этот человек из деликатности, из вежливости, чтобы не огорчать врача, и, может быть, где-то программируя себя на успех, такую ситуацию создаёт. А нам-то нужно не стучаться в закрытые двери, а искать что-то, что действительно меняет ситуацию. У нас есть правила для того, чтобы оценивать меняется ситуация в желательном направлении или в нежелательном.
Конечно, если пациент пришел однократно, мы не знаем, помогло или не помогло. Но идут годы, бывает, проходит лет десять, приходит человек и говорит: «Вот вы мне тогда очень помогли с тем-то, а сейчас я пришёл с несколько другим вопросом». В целом, в действенности гомеопатии сомневаться не приходится, и в значительной степени большинство ситуаций не возьмёшь в один присест.
Как бы ты ни стремился доставить мгновенное исцеление (это же и для тебя приятно: поднимает в собственных глазах), приходится прорабатывать слой за слоем всё новые вскрывающиеся пласты, какие-то маски болезней, они снимаются, и ты видишь совершенно другую картину. Маски снимаются не потому что ты назначил правильно лекарство, которое позволило снять маску, а просто потому что растёт к тебе доверие пациента, происходит процесс какого-то самопознания, и людям что-то становится ясно в процессе общения.
Поэтому не надо думать, что всякий гомеопат должен прямо сразу исцелить некую болезнь. Потому что уйдут симптомы, а человек не поднимется над собой, не вылезет из своей скорлупы, а может быть это гораздо важнее, чем просто доставить ему счастье отсутствия неприятных ощущений.
А в задачи гомеопата входит, чтобы человек поднялся над собой?
— Это не входит в задачи. Задача всё-таки — вылечить болезнь. А то, о чем мы говорили, — самопознание — это не задача, а инструмент.
Ага. Я правильно понимаю, что «вылечить болезнь» это не столько про лечение симптомов, сколько про гармонизацию всей системы, а симптомы только помогают уточнить препараты, да?
— Да, это достаточно корректно.
На приёме ты задаёшь большое количество «смешных», как будто неожиданных от врача вопросов, глубоко вникаешь в жизненную ситуацию, в отношения пациента с окружающими. Это же область скорее психотерапевтическая?
— Да. Ни один вопрос, задаваемый гомеопатом на приёме, не является надуманным, вычурным и ненужным. Просто гомеопат начинает думать о каком-то препарате, и хочет проверить, есть ли другие признаки, выраженной экспрессии этого препарата.
Например?
— Например, я спрашиваю: «Как вы относитесь к соли? Вот тянется ли ваша рука к солонке на столе?» И если мне ответят: «Да, я солю салат, даже не попробовав!», — то это для меня сильный признак, который прежде всего подтверждает для этого пациента актуальность Натриум Муриатикум. Или «Как вы переносите тугое на шее?» Тоже ряд препаратов, прежде всего, это змеиные препараты — сделанные из яда змей или паслёновые.
(Даже при сильном изменении физических свойств гомеопатические препараты сохраняют свою лекарственную силу)
Есть пациенты жаркие и холодные, которым трудно согреться, и которым, наоборот, всегда жарко. Это тоже разделяет препараты между собой. Ни один из этих признаков не абсолютен, например, очень зябкому пациенту часто бывает уместен Сульфур исходя из более общего видения, хотя везде написано, что Сульфур только для горячих пациентов, потеющих, которым всегда жарко. На самом деле, это ещё и эволюционный процесс, когда-то он был таким, и этот слой может быть и сейчас актуализирован, за исключением одного симптома — этой вот зябкости, которая вроде бы не свойственна, но это потому что его жизненная сила за годы пребывания в таком патологическом состоянии просто истощилась — вот и всё.
Вот почему симптомы могут не соответствовать каноническим описаниям. Я здесь намеренно избегаю слова «классическим», потому что оно очень скомпрометировано.
А вот насчёт жизненной ситуации и отношений пациента с окружающими?
— Это интересный вопрос, который, наверное, не с ганемановских времён идёт, а несколько позже, потому что сформировалась концепция ситуационной гомеопатии. То есть человек попадает в некую весьма некомфортную для него жизненную ситуацию.
Например, провинциал с блестящим интеллектом поступает в престижный вуз в столице, и оказывается в окружении золотой молодёжи. При этом у него совершенно нет денег для жизни, он ещё и хочет помогать семье. Он где-то работает, и хоть чуть-чуть выживает, голодает. Когда человек долго в такой ситуации находится, у него может возникать какая-то болезнь. Не знаю, уместно ли сказать, какому препарату он соответствует, ладно, скажу: Калькарея силиката.
Или ремонт. В доме идёт ремонт. Все домочадцы болеют. Или кто-то один, но зато сильно. Когда выясняется эта вещь, здесь бывает очень часто уместен Калий бихромикум. При этом, может быть, мы и не увидим сильного подобия в перечне симптомов.
Или такая супермать, которая извелась в заботах о своих сыновьях (это чаще бывают сыновья), потом о внуках, невестках. Потом внуки вырастают, и она ощущает, что стала не нужна. Вот это, я бы сказал, ситуация Калий Муриатикум. Опять-таки здесь нельзя абсолютизировать, но трудно бывает удержаться от искушения назначить этот препарат, и это весьма часто срабатывает, и приносит большое удовлетворение.
Поэтому гомеопату нужно вникать в жизненную ситуацию. Это не то что в песне Розенбаума про невропатолога: «Люблю иголкой ткнуть в живот, люблю спросить, кто с кем живет…»
Смешно, я не знала такую песню. На каком-то уровне все заболевания и нарушения в организме психосоматические или есть что-то ещё?
— Если и есть что-то ещё, то это уже будут не психосоматические, а кармические. Когда мы не можем увидеть каких-то психосоматических параллелей, они есть, но лежат за пределами понимания. Я имею в виду какие-то детские болезни генетические. Вроде какая уж там психосоматика?!
Медицина, так, если грубо оценивать, дискретная медицина считает, что да, психосоматические болезни есть, но они составляют где-то 1-5% всех болезней. Всё остальное — честные болезни. Вот просто человек жил-жил, вдруг заболел бронхиальной астмой. Или сначала он болел, например, бронхитом, потом бронхит перешёл в бронхиальную астму — всё понятно.
Никто даже не пытается оценить жизненный фон, на котором всё это протекало. Если бы они пытались, они возможно иначе бы рассматривали, иначе бы строили свои научные работы. Но я бы сказал, что наоборот, где-то 1-5% болезней не являются психосоматическими, а действительно возникают в силу неблагоприятного стечения обстоятельств, типа мутации какой-то или экспрессии какого-то гена, мутировавшего давно, но до поры до времени сдержанного.
А такие простые вещи: вирусы, бактерии, травмы? Кажется, уж точно что-то случайное на тебя «напрыгнуло».
— Когда-то в книге Вилла Шутца «Глубокая простота» я прочитал такую вещь: «Всё, что происходит с человеком есть результат его выбора — осознанного или неосознанного». Я тут же примерил его на перелом ноги, который я получил за 5 лет до этого, и тут же убедился, что этот перелом был мне где-то выгоден для того, чтобы уклониться от определённой нежелательной мне встречи. И дальше, взвешивая эту истину, я убедился в её правоте. И уж всяко, что касается травм, то уж это никак не случайная вещь. Она всё-таки вытекает из логики предыдущей жизни и направленности мысли.
А потом я увидел, что эта фраза, оказывается, весьма банальна, что всё, что происходит — это твой выбор. Она идёт из глубин такой, скажем, субъективной идеалистической философии от Сёрена Кьеркегора, и в дальнейшем она была сильно развита прежде всего в рамках экзистенциальной философии. А потом она из экзистенциальной философии перекочевала в современную психотерапию, прежде всего, в гуманистическую терапию. Так что, это само собой разумеющиеся вещи.
Включая вирусы. Вот я помню фразу Юнга из его книги «Воспоминания, сновидения, размышления». Он посетил Индию, получил там три докторских степени, был переполнен впечатлениями настолько, что возможности восприятия были превышены. Он пишет:
«Это было уже слишком, и мне срочно понадобилась хоть какая—нибудь разрядка. Так и случилось: в Калькутте я подхватил дизентерию, попал в госпиталь и пролежал там десять дней. Госпиталь стал для меня благословенным островком, спокойным местом, где я смог разобраться в безбрежном море впечатлений, поразмыслить о множестве вещей, переплетенных в безумной хаотичности: о величии, глубине и великолепии Индии, о ее непроходимой нужде и бедствиях, о ее совершенстве и несовершенствах.»
Я сразу вспоминаю, как я сильно повредила связки в своей поездке в Крым, а потом вернулась, и рассказала тебе об этом, и ты меня шокировал тогда вопросом: «Зачем ногу-то подвернула?» И я такая: «Ну пап! Ну как? Случайно же!». Но с тех пор, у меня возникает чувство вины, если что-то с моим организмом происходит не то, значит, я что-то где-то не догоняю, не осознала. Но эта вина вообще никак не помогает справиться.
Может, идея о том, что все заболевания психосоматические, настолько непопулярна именно потому, что фрустрирует и заставляет много думать о выборе в своей жизни?
Но ведь часто даже осознание причины не помогает в излечении. Как не чувствовать себя виноватым за то, что болеешь?
— Речь идёт ведь о взаимодействии нашего рассудка и подсознания. А подсознание — это штука настолько сложная, многомерная и глубокая, что разобраться с ним подчас не в силу выдающимся психотерапевтам, квалификация которых не вызывает сомнений. Вот Ньютон уже в конце жизни сказал, что чувствует себя мальчиком, играющим камешками на берегу океана. И это при всех достижениях, открытиях и признании этих открытий научным сообществом. То есть всё, что он открыл — это всего лишь какие-то камешки на берегу океана. У него видимо в этот момент возникло расширенное состояние сознания, и он осознал масштаб.
Про соотношение неведомого и непостижимого я впервые встретил у Кастанеды. Но и в учении Гёте, например, тоже. Я недавно прочитал об этом в книге Эккермана «Разговоры с Гёте». Такая параллель между Кастанедой и Гёте меня порадовала.
То есть неведомое — это то, что подлежит исследованию и постижению нашими совокупными умственными средствами всего человечества.
А непостижимое — это то, до чего мы, как бы ни старались, как бы ни пыжились — просто не можем добраться онтологически. И вот именно так, с трепетом, нужно относиться к глубинам нашего подсознания.
Здесь не может быть вины. Такова жизнь. Таково наше бытие, что огромный масштаб явлений нами просто физически не может быть познан. Но наша задача как человеческих существ заключается в том, чтобы выстоять в присутствии непостижимого. До поры до времени мы можем, как говорят сейчас, повысить качество жизни. Тут уже себя нужно настроить так: болезнь не наказание, а интригующий вызов. Повод к творчеству и росту над собой.
До таких глубин редко доходит дело в обычной гомеопатической работе. Обычно нам просто рассказывают симптомы, мы вникаем в ситуацию, рождаются мысли, мы эти мысли воплощаем в гомеопатические назначения. Результаты либо приходят, либо нет. Если они не приходят, мы пересматриваем наши интерпретации. Всё так делается в этом мире.
Но у человека не должно быть чувства вины за то, что он не познал глубокую причину своих болезней. В конце концов, иногда многие вопросы, которые годами не могут решиться на уровне постижений — решаются за две недели с помощью хирургической операции. Взяли, удалили межпозвонковую грыжу — спина и ноги перестали болеть. Никто не обязан страдать всю жизнь, пытаясь найти причину того, почему же они болели. Хотя боль в спине — это явно психосоматическая ситуация.
Вот, кстати, благодаря твоему опыту и в официальной медицине, и в гомеопатии, ты иногда предлагаешь пациентам аллопатический путь, если видишь, что он короче. И я помню, ты рассказывал, как вызвал скорую однажды женщине, заигравшейся в эзотерические практики, прямо в кабинет. Какая у тебя тут позиция?
— Да очень простая! Есть много ситуаций, которые легко разрешаются препаратами из арсенала официальной медицины без всякого экологического ущерба, а гомеопатически ее решить гораздо труднее. Я не буду их придерживать. И без содрогания назначу химический, фармакологический препарат, который нахожу уместным.
В первом приближении будем считать, что гомеопатическое и химическое лекарства не будут взаимодействовать. Во всяком случае опасности в таких совмещениях точно нет. А потом тщательно рассмотрим возникающую феноменологию, и решим, что мешает чувствовать себя хорошо и двигаться по пути к исцелению.
А что касается хирургии? Насколько я понимаю, там же есть такое, что, если ты что-то удаляешь, то где-то в другом месте оно всё равно проявляется.
— Ну, будем с этим работать, когда оно проявится. Может и не проявится. Некоторые операции лучше сделать, чем не делать их и годами понижать свой жизненный уровень, уровень жизненной силы, пытаясь найти для них какое-то гомеопатическое соответствие. Тем более, этим же можно заняться и после операции, если ты действительно настроен на самопознание с помощью гомеопатии или какого-то другого пути.
Я видела на окружающих, слышала и на себе испытывала то, что называется «гомеопатическое чудо». Но ведь это не совсем же чудо, да?
— Я бы поправил. Это называется не гомеопатическое чудо, а чудесное исцеление. То есть оно может быть доставлено любыми средствами, в том числе аллопатическими, то есть соответствующими официальной медицине. Например, я многократно видел, когда человек в очень тяжёлом состоянии с пневмонией буквально в считанные часы после однократной инъекции антибиотика уже чувствовал себя вполне здоровым.
Или человек поступает в тяжелейшей водянке, которую он пестовал месяц до этого. Без всяких мочегонных, с первых капель слабого раствора хлорида калия мы можем увидеть обильный диурез. Физиотерапия иной раз с одного сеанса, нет-нет, да уберет боли, которым уже несколько месяцев. Есть концепция адаптационных реакций. Рассказывать долго, можно почитать у меня на сайте. Суть в том, чтобы перевести организм из неблагоприятной реакции в благоприятную.
И чем отличается гомеопатия, так это тем, что там детально проработанная система перевода организма из неблагоприятных адаптационных реакций в благоприятные.
Но на самом деле, не надо ждать чудесного исцеления. Это важная тема, и я её продолжу. Нужно настроиться на спокойный, планомерный приём препаратов в надежде на эффекты курсовых доз, а не однократных каких-то воздействий.
Почему? Потому что очень сильно мы зависим от своих эмоций. Вот мы приняли препарат, всё моментально стихло. Пациент радостный, окрылённый, ходит несколько дней, потом к нему естественным образом возвращаются те боли, которые были. Пусть даже в ослабленной форме. И он снова очень угнетённый: «Ай, ничего мне не поможет. Всё вернулось!» И вот эта негативная эмоция «ничего мне не поможет» — насмарку весь предыдущий эффект, и признаки того, что препарат был назначен правильно, и что за него нужно подержаться, ну, отработав, может быть, частоту приёмов, разведение и так далее, уже будет на него плохо действовать. Потому что он выставил блокировку у себя в подсознании.
Вот почему не нужно думать о чудесных исцелениях, не нужно гнаться, а нужно на спокойную, планомерную, постепенную работу рассчитывать.
Мы с подругой недавно обсуждали, что сейчас модно и где-то удобно думать, что тебя изменило что-то внешнее, какой-то подвиг, эксперимент или встреча. Хотя ведь идея и желание к переменам возникли внутри самого человека, событие стало лишь помогающим инструментом. А если переложить это на гомеопатическое лечение и его результаты, какая здесь часть реальной мотивации выздороветь, понимания себя, контакта с собой и внешнего воздействия — общения с врачом, самих препаратов?
— Весь контекст играет роль. Из него не может быть вычленен ни один фактор. Поэтому, кстати говоря, гомеопатия с большим трудом пробивает себе путь на академический Олимп, и это даже плохо кончается. Потому что наука предполагает выделение одного главного фактора и полное избавление от второстепенных факторов. И тогда мы сможем об этом факторе действительно что-то сказать, посчитать среднее арифметическое, среднее квадратическое отклонение и так далее.
Так вот, с гомеопатией (да и вообще с чем-либо в жизни) такой метод абсолютно неприменим. Важен весь контекст.
Вот приходит человек к гомеопату. Почему он принял это решение? Насколько искренне это решение? Насколько последовательным он готов быть в этом отношении? Врач — к какому врачу он пришёл? Как этот врач его воспринял? Какие врач у него вызвал чувства и эмоции во время разговора? Ведь когда-то Фрейд сформулировал, что «браки» между психоаналитиками и их клиентами совершаются на небесах. Есть, действительно, какой-то могучий механизм, который направит человека либо к гомеопату его толка, либо к тому гомеопату, который принимает по 10 минут, и это будет правильно для этого человека.
И, наконец, действие лекарства. Гомеопатия не сводима к одному действию лекарства. Имеет значение весь процесс. Но это не значит, что лекарства могло бы и не быть. Без него всё-таки тоже ничего не получится.
Есть и другой аспект. Мы считаем, что всё в нашем мире является причинно-следственными связями. Но, как нам объясняет, в частности, квантовая физика и некоторые направления философии, бывают просто связанные между собой, сцепленные между собой явления. Так называемые акаузальные связи. И когда есть два сцепленных между собой явления — выздоровление и поход к врачу-гомеопату — мы думаем: «Я выздоровел, потому что сходил к врачу-гомеопату». На самом деле, это были сцепленные явления. Он бы мог выздороветь без гомеопата, но он не мог не прийти к гомеопату в этот момент.
Он начинает выздоравливать до того, как посетил гомеопата, но после того, как принял решение его посетить. Это нередко бывает. Приходит человек и говорит: «Вот как назло, вот я пришла, а мне уже 3 дня лучше. Меня уже не беспокоят те дела, которые были. Ну, ладно, расскажу, что было». Это очень хорошая ситуация, обычно за этим и следует достаточно стойкое излечение.
А какую роль в этой работе играет доверие к врачу и вера в метод?
— Тоже интересный и теоретически важный вопрос. Есть люди, конечно, настроенные против гомеопатии. Например, какие-нибудь преподаватели или даже заведующие кафедр химии. Они говорят: «Да как это может действовать? Тут и молекул-то нету!» Бывает, где-нибудь на застолье встретишься с таким человеком. Ну, с собой обычно есть какой-то гомеопатический препарат, я ему говорю: «Примите». И никакая сила не заставит его принять этот препарат. И вот, верит он или не верит?
А то, что те люди, которые устраивают флэшмобы, идут в какой-то английский супермаркет, покупают там гомеопатические лекарства и выпивают их целыми банками и говорят: «Смотрите! С нами ничего не произошло, хотя мы приняли дозу, намного превышающую разовую рекомендованную! Значит, это пустышка!» Это вообще ни в какие рамки не лезет.
Во-первых, неизвестно, произошло или не произошло. Эффекты приёма этих доз, этого испытания, могут потом в жизни очень жёстко их ударить. Но они не будут склонны связывать это с тем нелепым и глупым экспериментом.
Во-вторых, если бы они приняли не 200 горошин, а всего лишь 3, они могли бы ощутить эффект гораздо больший. Потому что когда организм видит шокирующее какое-то воздействие на него, силами своих глубинных контрольных механизмов он выставляет определённые защиты.
Какое-то недоверие — это нормально. Продуктивное недоверие, с которым человек готов расстаться. Бывает, что заведомо не готов расстаться. С таким, конечно, работать очень тяжело, и я стараюсь обычно не браться, обычно это сразу видно. А если человек говорит: «Покажите мне хоть что-то», — это нормально. Со временем вы увидите, что действенность есть. Можно не верить. Гомеопатия, к счастью, не насильственная терапия. Если человек изо всех сил сопротивляется воздействию препарата — оно и не проявится. Бывает, люди заинтересованы в поддержании статус-кво. Может быть, потому что оно позволяет человеку извлекать вторичную выгоду. К такому человеку не пробьётся действие гомеопатического лекарства.
А если человек готов, то не надо, чтобы он истово верил. Я даже не заинтересован в таком. Бывает придет человек настолько верящий, что он недоумевает: «К чему расспросы? Пусть сразу назначат лекарство!» Нормально отношение — это: «Вот, подруге помогла гомеопатия. Пойти, что ли, и мне попробовать?» Это, наверно, самое нормальное отношение.
Да, тогда практический вопрос: к тебе, как к врачу-гомеопату, можно обращаться?
— Да, я сейчас принимаю в Центре гомеопатии на Полярников, 15 или в центре гомеопатии на Энгельса, 132 (подробная информация и контакты для записи на приём). По профилю ограничений особых нет. Что касается возраста, то обычно я работаю со взрослыми, официально — с 12-ти лет. Но в принципе могут быть индивидуальные решения. Если человек лежачий, то могу выехать на дом, но только если реально лежачий.

Вдруг, Вы увидите мой вопрос…недавно я обратилась к гомеопату, которая помимо вопросов психологического характера просила представить потрясших ситуацию, назвать пять раз имя лекарства (например, туя, туя, туя, туя, туя), и потом посмотреть, изменилась ли картинка в голове…мне этот метод показался уж слишком эзотерическом и альтернативным. Не могу понять, каким образом такие манипуляции способны помочь ей в выборе правильного лекарства. Можете прояснить, это нормальный гомеопатический приём? Или уже мистика? Заранее благодарю
