Обычно я пишу про свои 7 важных вещей, оглядываясь назад на неделю, вспоминая и прислушиваясь. А на этой неделе фактический каждый пункт был рождён и написан в моменте — то, что важно прямо сейчас. И каждый из пунктов получился про общение и взаимодействие, про чувства, состояния и реакции, которые значат больше, чем привычно уделяется им внимания.
Новая любовь к старым друзьям
Два бывших одногруппника — люди, к которым меня тянуло с первого дня на первом курсе. Вчера одна из них проводила первое тестовое занятие английского клуба (о, я расскажу о нём подробно!), а второй пришёл её поддержать. И я пришла поддержать. Смущаясь, что когда-то мы все примерно одинаково прогуливали университетский английский, а потом одна стала его преподавать, другой пожил в Америке, стал переводчиком, а я практически этот английский не практиковала, я волновалась, как я смогу сформулировать хоть что-то. Через пять минут болтовни пропало всякое стеснение, через 10 мы заканчивали друг за друга фразы, через час мне казалось, что мы уже на том самом английском 14 лет назад. А когда английский клуб закончился было невозможно представить, что мы расстанемся тут и каждый пойдёт к своему метро. И мы шли с Петроградки через мосты и парки, болтали, смеялись, пели, троллили друг друга, как будто только вышли с филфака, и всё ещё впереди!
А в голове крутилось Верочкино (к которой они, конечно, высокомерно — но всё, что надо, знают наизусть):
кажется, мы выросли, мама, но не прекращаем длиться.
время сглаживает движения, но заостряет лица.
больше мы не порох и мёд, мы брусчатка, дерево и корица.
Поводы для встреч
Летом я забыла у друга за городом шарф, по которому очень скучаю теперь в связи с похолоданием. На этой неделе мы еле нашли общую дырку в наших расписаниях, чтобы на часик встретиться, попить чаю и вернуть мне шарфик. Одновременно припарковали машины на Жуковского, разулыбались, обнялись, вместили в отведенный час новости, переживания и истории тех недель, что не виделись, точно зная, что не успеем, обнялись ещё и ещё, попрощались, разошлись. А спустя ещё полтора часа одновременно вернулись к машинам.
— Ой, а шарфик-то?! — говорю я.
— Чёоооорт, я его забыл!
Стоим на проезжей части, обнимаемся и хохочем. Чёрт с ним, с шарфиком. Хотя, нет, будет ещё повод для внеочередной встречи!
Слышать то, что обычно говорю я
Близкие друзья иногда звонят или пишут мне со сложными чувствами. С историей о том, как они чего-то боятся, как их задел какой-то разговор или что им за что-то стыдно или они не знают, как поступить. И мы разговариваем. Я же тоже не знаю. Но прислушиваюсь к тому, что рождается изнутри, делюсь мыслями. А на этой неделе аж дважды получила очень похожую поддержку от них.
Друг снова зовёт на псковский хутор, поездка куда в рамках подготовки к экспедиции мне далась нелегко, но куда с удовольствием я бы поехала снова. Говорю ему: «Мне неловко очень, мы так и не сделали о них материал в журнале, а то, что написали, было скорее негативное».
А друг отвечает: «Мы живые, Аня! И может быть, они об этом догадываются… ну или понимают, что разнообразие — добро, даже если кажется, что безобразие».
Или вот подруга спрашивает, когда же выйдет материал про спады и подъёмы (вышел!), а я начинаю что-то умничать о том, что вот не знаю, как лучше сформулировать, какой выбрать заголовок, да и вообще не хватает пока цельности тексту… А она вздыхает, мол, понимает о чём я, говорит, сколько же хороших текстов было похоронено под такими сомнениями, может, не ждать, когда напишется идеальный текст, а то он, может, и не напишется, а неидеальный может поддержать кого-то уже этой осенью.
Комплименты
На этой неделе мне несколько человек написали и сказали одно и то же слово — «настоящая». Я думаю, что все мы самые что ни на есть настоящие, конечно, но, пожалуй, знать, что я воспринимаюсь сейчас именно так — важно.
А ещё очень приятно слышать комплименты о том, что я красивая. Особенно при том, что я не уделяю особого внимания всяким там макияжам-прическам-одёжкам. И был долгий период, когда я сама считала себя какой угодно, только не красивой. И вот, что-то меняется, мне сейчас спокойно и красиво изнутри, и я слышу: «Разве можно забыть такую восхитительную улыбку», «Ты вся светишься!», «Я от тебя глаз не могу отвести, ты такая красивая».
Новая книга Брене Браун
Слушаю в аудиоформате (читает сама Брене), пишу подруге «Брене, 16-я минута, реву». Эта книга с названием Braving the Wilderness, которое сложно перевести, затрагивает вопросы принадлежности к группам, семье и самим себе, опор, доверия, близости, противостояния ненависти на всех уровнях, проживания смелой включенности в жизнь. В машине, в плеере, дома. Слёзы подкатывают к горлу каждые 5-10 минут. Слёзы боли, благодарности, нежности. Брене — наша добрая фея-крёстная. Та, что принимает нас со всей человечностью, учит тому, что не умеют наши родители, тому ,что замалчивается, игнорируется, но разговор о чём важно поднимать на уровне телефонных разговоров, кухонь, школ, университетов, политических дебатов и решений государственной важности.
Небольшое интервью про то, о чём книга:
И кстати особое удовольствие, когда книга вышла в Америке всего две недели назад, а ты её уже почти дослушала тут у себя в Питере. И собираешься послушать ещё минимум трижды, а ещё написать в издательство, чтоб постарались над переводом в этот раз, а не как раньше!
Не игнорировать насилие
Светлое субботнее утро, иду, слушаю Брене. Вижу, папа играет с детьми на улице, хватает сына, мальчика лет 9, за ухо, долго держит, крутит и игнорирует, что мальчик кричит и просит его отпустить. Смеётся, доволен собой, мол, вот я какой папа хороший, с детьми время провожу, нам весело. Подхожу, тихо, но твердо прошу отпустить ребёнка: «Я услышала, что мальчик сказал: „Отпусти, мне больно, ааа!“ У меня всё внутри сжалось, когда я это услышала». Папа выглядел растерянным и хотел пооправдываться, но я пошла дальше.
Я начала обращать внимание на то, как родители обращаются с детьми в публичных местах — орут, бьют, дергают — лет в 20, но всегда успокаивала себя тем, что каждая душа приходит сюда за своим опытом, что я ничего не могу сделать, что если я вмешаюсь, будет только хуже. Боялась не найти слов, боялась агрессии и в свой адрес, боялась вмешаться не в своё дело… И вот за очень короткое время у меня сильно изменилась позиция. Это не их личное дело. Эти взрослые не справляются. Эти дети в опасности рядом с самыми близкими людьми, которые для них — целый мир. Когда я прохожу мимо, я как бы говорю: да, малыш, мир такой, мама права, папа прав, и тебе жить с этим, как с нормой.
Я слишком много сталкивалась с разным «легализованным» физическим и психологическим насилием в своей жизни и знаю, как легко его начинаешь считать нормой. Не знала, что может быть по-другому. А теперь знаю. И нет, не спасу, конечно, никого. Но уже не могу проходить мимо. Подхожу с тем, что родилось в голове: «Вы устали, наверно, хотите вот чаю?», «Присядьте, подышите», «Мою тоже с площадки не увести! Но как только я расслабляюсь, она сразу готова домой идти», «Отпустите, ему больно и страшно»… Без нотаций, публичной порки, без злобы и желания пристыдить, с одной мыслью: ребёнку нужна помощь.
Да, есть противники такого подхода, мол, дома родитель проявит ещё бОльшую жестокость за то, что ребенок мало того, что не слушался, но ещё и опозорил родителя перед ЛЮДЬМИ, те, что считает, что это ничего не изменит. Но мне важно быть взрослым из другого мира. Из мира, где насилие не норма. Где на такую извращенное «воспитание» реагируют как на жестокость, варварство, насилие. Мира, где кто-то, пусть случайный и незнакомый подтверждает догадку самого ребенка о том, что он ведь не сделал ничего по-настоящему плохого, он слабее, он не заслуживает насилия, что бы ни натворил. Ни в шутку, ни словами, ни тем более силой. Как бы ни была расстроена мама, как бы ни злился дедушка, как бы не был взбешен папа, к ребёнку это не имеет никакого отношения.
Слёзы
Когда 8,5 лет на десятый реанимационный день к нам вышел растерянный врач и, не глядя в наши полные надежды глаза, бросил куда-то в сторону «Всё плохо, она умерла», я не смогла заплакать. Ни тогда, ни на похоронах мамы, ни на 9-й день, ни на 40-й. Боль была почти осязаемой, она твёрдым комком сковывала каждое движение и каждый вдох, но сидела в груди и не могла протиснуться, подняться, вылиться рыданиями или криком.
Что-то сломалось, как будто будничный запрет на слёзы вдруг обрёл небывалую силу. Как будто стоит мне заплакать, эти слёзы не остановятся уже никогда. Я будто была заколдовала. Конечно, потом я использовала любое слезливое кино, любую жалость к себе, любую ссору, любой предлог, чтобы дать по чуть-чуть хоть как-то выливаться слезам, сдерживаемым годами. Тем детским слезам, когда нельзя дать слабину перед одноклассниками, нельзя расстроить маму, нельзя на улице, нельзя из-за ерунды, нельзя, просто потому что отказали, нельзя, когда страшно. Тем взрослым слезам, когда горе, несправедливость, бессилие, злость, крушение иллюзий, боль и отчаяние.
Помню, первую встречу с каждым из своих психотерапевтов, когда я начинала плакать, едва придя. Как стыдилась этих слёз, но уже не могла сдерживаться. И как за годы эти слёзы стали из проявления слабости проявлением десятка чувств, которые я могу себе разрешить почувствовать и прожить. Сколько же облегчения и понимания ситуации они приносят.
